What problem(s) were you trying to solve with our product or service?
After 13 years, our ASHP and underfloor heating was becoming temperamental and inefficient. We knew it needed a major overhaul, and as technology had moved on since we installed our kit, we suspected a new ASHP might be a way of reducing our energy usage.
What made our product or service stand out from other options?
We contacted Dave Clarke as he had designed and installed the original system when he worked for another company, and we had been very impressed by him.
We also had had problems finding an installer who also provided an ongoing service and maintenance service and felt that Clarke Talbot would do this.
What made you happiest about working with our company?
Trust. We knew Dave was a professional who really knew his stuff, would be fair on price and would deal with any glitches along the way.

Yes, we’ve been very happy with the service we’ve received. It’s a relief to find Dave again as we now know we have a company to offer ongoing help and support – which is in rare supply. Many other companies are oly interested in installation…
