By using the website or making a purchase on the site you agree to have read, understood and to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you are uncertain about any of the terms, then please contact us. A full version of Clarke Talbot Renewable Energy Ltd terms and conditions will be sent with your order acknowledgement. Please check these carefully to ensure you are totally happy with your purchase conditions.

Purchase Eligibility

To make purchases on the site you will be required to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. When ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you confirm that the payment details you provide when ordering is correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the information provided. Please refer to our Privacy Policy document.

Our Agreement with you

In this Agreement we are Clarke Talbot Renewable Energy Ltd, and you the customer are the person detailed on the order form. Our Agreement is made with you on the date we deduct payment from your credit card the details of which you provided on the order form. Our Agreement includes all correspondence and the descriptions of the Goods as provided by us on our website.

Since credit and card checks normally occur after the transaction processes, we reserve the right to refuse, void, credit or refund a transaction or transactions without supplying a reason even though it has processed on the website. We do not accept any loss or expense that may have been incurred by the customer if we take such action, any monies received by Clarke Talbot Renewable Energy Ltd from the customer will be refunded in full.

We may acknowledge receipt of your order on our website or by email. This is not our acceptance of your order, but confirmation that it has been received.

Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. If your chosen item is in stock your order will be processed immediately. We will deduct the price payable for your chosen products from your nominated credit card and your chosen products will be dispatched within 48 hours. If an item is sold out, we will remove it or the unavailable sizes from the website as soon as we can. If we have any problems with the availability of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and either offer you a suitable alternative, order the product in for you or give you a full refund if we are unable to fulfil your order.


Payment can be made securely online through My Opayo. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. To maintain customer security, we require payments to be Verified by Visa or Mastercard Securecode protected.

All prices will be billed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at 20%.

Risk and Property

Risk of damage to or loss of your chosen products shall pass to you on delivery of them. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk in your chosen products or any other provision of this Agreement, property in your chosen products shall not pass to you until we receive cleared funds payment in full of the price of your chosen products.

We shall not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of this Agreement by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

Errors and Omissions

Clarke Talbot Renewable Energy Ltd reserve the right not to supply goods or refund a transaction where an error or omission has been made in the details of any product offered for sale.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs to UK Mainland Only.
Shipping costs will be calculated after the initial sale based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Payment for shipping will be collected before dispatch once the delivery date has been agreed between us and the customer.


Return Due to Change of Mind
Clarke Talbot Renewable Energy Ltd will happily accept returns due to change of mind if a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. Clarke Talbot Renewable will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Warranty Returns
Clarke Talbot Renewable Energy will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Clarke Talbot Renewable to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Items Out of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
