Has 36 years’ experience in the heating and ventilation industry, of which he has dedicated the last 15 years solely to the Renewable/Energy saving sector of the industry, in areas which cover System Design, Specification, Consultancy, Manufacturing and Equipment testing and Certification along with project management.

Rob has worked alongside Dave Clarke since beginning his plumbing and heating apprenticeship with Dave in 2000. He has since worked his way up the ranks from installation engineer to his current position of Operations Manager of Clarke Talbot Renewable Energy Ltd.

Carrie has over 20 years of experience in business administration for various sectors. Her expertise is a huge asset to our team, helping us streamline processes and in helping to achieve the UK’S net Zero targets. With two decades of experience, we’re in great hands.

Jai Matharu | Meet The Team

Jai Matharu

Business Executive

Is employed by our parent company- Compro Renewables but whist he is at Clarke Talbot , he specialises in designing MVHR systems and crunching those all-important heat loss calculations.

Jai technical proficiency and innovative approach ensure our systems are tailored to meet the highest of standards

Dale Price

Installation Engineer

Dale has worked with and alongside Dave and Rob for the last 8 years. Learning on the job Dale has progressed from a plumber’s mate role into an established installation engineer in his own right. He is particularly good at MVHR installations.

Callum Ritchie

Installation Engineer

Callum has been working for Clarke Talbot Renewable Energy Ltd since February 2023. He has come from a background in plumbing and heating and is now turning his hand to the renewable energy technologies.

Reece Berley | Meet The Team

Reece Berley

Installation Engineer

Reece has worked with and alongside Dave and Rob since leaving school in 2012 and starting an apprenticeship with Dave’s company as Rob’s apprentice. He is now a well-established installation engineer with a particular knack for plant room installations.
